The Address
Built by Boutique House Sdn Bhd, a Yuwang Group company, One Heritage reinterprets the arched brick shopfronts of old Jalan Trus as a 41-storey mixed-use landmark — retail arcade and hotel at street level, 287 serviced apartments stacked above, and a full recreation deck suspended over the city on Level 22.
Street-level heritage
The podium recreates the coloured five-foot-way shophouses of the old town, arched brick above and lantern-lit retail below — a deliberate counterpoint to the glass towers rising around JB Sentral.
The arrival
Guests and residents enter through a vaulted, stone-toned lobby — deep arches, warm plaster and soft-lit alcoves that carry the building's heritage language from the street straight through to the lift lobby.
On the Doorstep
One Heritage sits directly between Jalan Trus and Jalan Wong Ah Fook — thirty metres from City Square, a short walk from JB Sentral, the CIQ complex and the RTS Link into Singapore.

Five layouts can be partitioned at the pantry into two — or for Type B1, three — independently lockable suites, each with its own entrance, bathroom and living space. One title, multiple keys: live in one half and rent out the other, or house extended family with separate access. Shown below on Type B1.
Interiors
Living areas open onto full-height glazing; kitchens run along a single galley wall in warm oak and stone tones, keeping every layout efficient without feeling compact.
The Sky Deck
Levels 22 and 22A are given over entirely to recreation and wellness — an infinity-edge lap pool, a full weight room, a yoga studio and a business lounge, all above the city's rooftops.
Level 22 — Recreation deck
- Swimming & wading pool
- Pool deck / viewing deck
- Gymnasium
- Multipurpose hall
- Children's playground
Level 22A — Wellness & business
- Weight training room
- Yoga studio
- Multipurpose hall
- Business lounge
- Viewing terrace
Instead of a bin room on every floor, each level has a sealed in-unit load station. Drop a bag in and a pneumatic network — much like a scaled-up vacuum line — carries it out of sight to a central plant at the base of the building, where it's compacted and sealed until a truck collects it. The result for residents: no rubbish odour in the corridors, no bin day, and no waste trucks manoeuvring through the residential drop-off.
Rather than driving up a ramp and hunting for a bay, residents tap an access card at a kiosk and a plane-shifting automated system lifts and shifts the vehicle sideways and vertically into a multi-level rack — the same principle used in high-density valet parking, without the valet. Removing ramps and drive aisles lets the building fit roughly double the cars of a conventional deck into the same footprint, and a licence-plate camera confirms each retrieval automatically.
